穿透性胸腹联合伤诊断与治疗84例

目的探讨穿透性胸腹联合伤的诊断与治疗特点。方法总结穿透性胸腹联合伤84例的临床资料,分析其诊断与手术方式。结果 84例患者均手术治疗,其中剖胸探查20例,剖腹探查33例,胸腹联合25例,单纯胸腔引流加清创缝合6例,伴出血性休克53例。治愈78例,治愈率92.9%;死亡6例,病死率7.1%。结论患者及时就诊;体格检查和诊断性穿刺是本病早期诊断的重要手段,为有效的手术治疗创造手术时机,降低病死率。

Diagnosis and Treatment of 84 Cases Penetrating Thoracoabdominal Injuries

Objectives To discuss the characteristics of the diagnosis and the treatment of penetrating thoracoabdominal injuries. Methods By summarizing the 84 clinical data of penetrating thoracoabdominal injuries, analyzing the diagnostic and operation mode. Result All the 84 patients had operation, of which, 20 were checked by thoracotomy, 33 by ripping the chest, while 25 received the both ways. In the 84 patients, there are 6 got the tubage drainage method in the chest cavity, their wounds were cleaned and sewed up. Altogether, 53 experienced hemorrhagic shock, 78 were cured, and the cure rate was 92.9%. 6 patients died, and the death rate is 7.1%. Conclusions Patients are required to see doctors in time; physical examination and diagnostic punture are important to the early diagnosis of this disease, and provide opportunity for effective operation, after all, reduce the death rate.
