情感支持在脊髓损伤伴功能障碍病人中的应用

目的]探讨情感支持在脊髓损伤伴功能障碍病人中的应用效果。方法]将脊髓损伤伴功能障碍病人44例随机分成两组,对照组实施常规护理,实验组在实施常规脊柱护理的基础上重点加强病人及家属的情感支持,调查入院第1天和出院前1 d病人的焦虑、抑郁情况及病人、家属的满意度情况。结果]入院时两组病人焦虑和抑郁比较差异均无统计学意义,而出院时实验组焦虑、抑郁得分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,且满意度明显高于对照组。结论]对脊髓损伤伴功能障碍的病人实施情感支持,能减轻焦虑和抑郁情绪,减少并发症,提高满意度。

Application of emotional support for spinal cordinjury patients with dysfunction

Objective：To probe into the effect of application of emotional support for spinal cord injury patients with dysfunction.Methods：A total of 44 spinal cord injury patients with dysfunction were randomly divided into two groups.Patients of control group were given routine nursing care.Patients of test group were given emotional support for patients themselves and their family members except routine spinal column nursing care.Then anxiety,depression of patients and degree of satisfaction of patients and their family members were investigated on the first day of hospitalization and one day before their discharge.Results：There were no statistical significant differences in terms of anxiety and depression between the two group patients.However,scores of anxiety and depression of test group cases on discharge were significantly lower than that of control group cases（P〈0.05）.And the degree of satisfaction of test group cases was significantly higher than that of control group cases.Conclusion：To provide emotional support for spinal cord injury patients with dysfunction could relieve anxiety and depression emotion,reduce complications and enhance degree of satisfaction of them.
