| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨Toll样受体9(Toll-like receptor 9,TLR9)在乳腺癌细胞中的表达对其侵袭能力的影响。方法:应用West-ern blot检测乳腺癌细胞系TLR9的表达状况,以CpG寡核苷酸刺激不同乳腺癌细胞株后,检测TLR9表达的变化、体外侵袭能力的变化以及细胞活性的影响。结果:人乳腺癌细胞株MDA-MB-231表达TLR9而MCF-7不表达。CpG寡核苷酸处理后MDA-MB-231的TLR9表达增高,且侵袭能力进一步增强;MCF-7的该受体表达情况和侵袭能力均无明显变化。侵袭能力的增加不是源自于细胞活性的增强。结论:TLR9在高侵袭的乳腺癌细胞系中表达,其表达的增加可以促进乳腺癌细胞的侵袭能力。
