直径小于1 cm的食管平滑肌瘤的胸腔镜剥除术8例报告

目的:探讨直径小于1 cm的食管平滑肌瘤的胸腔镜剥除术的可行性。方法:2006年8月-2010年4月,对8例直径小于1 cm的微小食管平滑肌瘤行胸腔镜下剥除术。男性5例,女性3例,年龄35～64岁,平均48岁,瘤体直径0.5～1.0 cm,平均0.72 cm。3例位于中段食管,行右胸径路;3例位于下1/3食管及2例位于胃食管交界处行左胸径路。结果:本组8例无死亡,均痊愈出院。手术经过顺利,手术时间60～180 min,平均120 min,无食管黏膜损伤,无中转开胸,术后住院时间4～8天,平均6天,术后均无瘘、憩室等并发症出现。结论:对直径小于1 cm的食管良性肿瘤行胸腔镜手术是安全、可行的。

Enucleation of leiomyoma of esophagus with diameter less than 1 centimeter using video-assisted thoracoscope ( 8 cases report)
