电针对性发育期雄性大鼠睾酮和精子发生影响的实验观察

摘    要:目的:观察电针(EA)对不同发育阶段正常大鼠血清睾酮(T)和精子发生的效应。方法:将109只SD雄大鼠按不同年龄段分为幼年段(JG)、青春发育早期段(EPG)、青春发育后期段(LPG)、成年段(AG);每个年龄段随机分为穴位组(EWA)、非穴位组(ENA)、非特异刺激组(IC)和自然对照组(NC)。EWA组选取百会、太溪、命门、肾俞穴。3Hz的EA分别刺激EWA组与ENA组大鼠10天,每天20 min。10天后,测定所有大鼠血清T值和精子计数。结果:持续电针后,EPG、LPG与AG中的大鼠血清T值均显著下降(P<0.05),LPG与AG中的大鼠精子数量也明显减少(P<0.05)。结论:持续EA刺激可减少性发育后雄性大鼠血清T的含量和精子数量。
