| 摘 要： | 目的:对比研究兔多抗C-28和鼠单抗MET4在胰腺癌组织中检测MET蛋白表达的差异性和相关性。方法:采用免疫组化间接法研究C-28和MET4检测67例胰腺癌组织中MET表达情况,定量图像分析MET4和C-28的检测效能。结果:MET4和C-28检测胰腺癌的阳性率分别为70.1%和71.6%。两种抗体检测MET阳性率无显著差异(χ2=0.980,P=0.387)。相关分析显示两者无显著相关性(r=-0.127,P=0.307),在C-28未检出的病例中有84.2%(16/19)MET4检出,在MET4未检出的病例中有85.0%(17/20)C-28检出。在无MET蛋白表达的胰岛和正常胰腺上皮中,C-28有染色,而MET4无染色。结论:相对C-28抗体,MET4用于检测胰腺癌MET蛋白表达具有较高的特异性。
