急性毒鼠强中毒15例临床及脑电图分析

目的：探讨急性毒鼠强中毒患者脑电图动态变化与临床表现之间的关系，以指导治疗、判断预后。方法：对15例急性毒鼠强中毒患者进行常规的脑电图检查，并对结果异常者进行定期复查，动态观察患者脑电图的变化与临床症状之间的关系。结果：15例患者中，重度中毒患者10例，其脑电图均有异常改变，表现为重度异常者6例，中度异常者4例；中度中毒患者4例，其中脑电图重度异常1例，中度异常3例；轻度中毒患者1例，脑电图表现为轻度异常。结论：毒鼠强中毒患者脑电图异常程度与患者的临床症状相平行。中毒越严重，临床症状越明显，脑电图的异常程度也就越高。随着临床症状的好转，脑电图也恢复正常。因此，脑电图检查对判断毒鼠强中毒患者脑功能的损害状况、指导治疗、评价患者病情的变化及预后的判断具有重要的参考价值。

Clinical and electroencephalographical analysis of 15 cases of acute tetramine poisoning

Objective：To explore the association between acute tetramine poisoned patients＇ electroencephalography and their clinical presentations, and thereby guide therapy and judge the prognosis. Methods： Prescribed conventional EEG and regular follow up EEG to 15 acute tetramine poisoned patients and observed the relationship between the changes in their EEG and their clinical presentations.Results： 10 out of 15 patients were severely poisoned,4 moderately poisoned and 1 was mildly poisoned and all of 15 patients had abnormal EEG.Among the severe patients,6 had significant abnormal EEG and 4 had moderate abnormal EEG;Among the moderately poisoned patients,1 had significant abnormal EEG and 3 had moderate abnormal EEG; The mildly poisoned patient had mild abnormal EEG.Conclusion：Abnormal EEG in tetramine poisoned patients is associated with their clinical presentations,the more severe poisoning,the more apparent clinical presentations and the more abnormal EEG.EEG has reference value for judging tetramine poisoning induced brain damage, guiding subsequent therapy,evaluating patients＇ condition and judging the prognosis.
