摘    要:目的筛选飞行保护头盔、供氧面罩、高空代偿服和抗荷服等飞行员个体防护装备适体性评价指标,确定各指标的权重系数,探讨利用模糊数学的模糊综合评价方法对飞行员个体防护装备适体性进行模糊综合评价。方法采用德尔菲法对37名飞行员、10名防护装备专家和5名航空医学专家进行了3轮函询调查,以确定4种防护装备适体性评价指标及其权重。选用3种数学模型对76名歼击机飞行员试穿4种现役防护装备时的评价结果进行模糊综合评价,分别计算出3种模型的模糊综合评价值并与实际总体综合评价值比较,选定偏离程度最小的模型作为最适宜的数学模型。结果确定了上述4种防护装备的适体性评价指标及其权重系数。3种数学模型中以加权平均模型的综合评价值与实际总体综合评价值最接近。结论初步建立了防护装备适体性的模糊综合评价方法。它可以对个体防护装备作出定量评定

Abstract:Objective To determine the evaluation factors and their weight for fit test of protective helmet,oxygen mask,partial pressure suit,anti G suit, and establish the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for assessment of suitability of personal protective equipments(PPE). Methods The evaluation factors and their weight for fit test of personal protective equipment were determined by making 3 rounds of inquiries to 37 active fighter pilots,10 designers of personal protective equipment and 5 aviation medicine researchers according to Delphi method.The results of fit test on 76 pilots were analysed using three fuzzy mathematical models.The fuzzy comprehesive evaluation values of three mathematical models were calculated seperately and compared with the integral evaluation values.The model with best coincidence to the integral evaluation values was selected. Results The evaluation factors for fit test of these four PPE and their weight coefficients were determined.It was found that,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation values of weighted average model was closest to the integral evaluation values. Conclusion The method of fit test for personal protective equipment analysed by questionaire and the weighted average model was preliminarily established.Quantitative evaluation can be obtanied by this method.
