急性脑梗死及颈动脉粥样硬化患者LPA和TNF水平研究

目的探讨溶血磷脂酸(LPA)及肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)在缺血性卒中发病中的作用。方法采用酶免法检测了160例急性期、38例恢复期脑梗死患者,58例颈动脉粥样硬化患者及35名健康者外周血LPA及TNF水平。结果急性期脑梗死患者LPA及TNF水平均较恢复期脑梗死及颈动脉粥样硬化患者高;恢复期脑梗死及颈动脉粥样硬化患者又较健康对照组高;恢复期脑梗死患者与颈动脉粥样硬化患者相比无统计学意义。结论LPA及TNF增高不仅是急性脑梗死缺血性损伤反应,而且在颈动脉粥样硬化患者已有增高,它们在缺血性卒中发病中发挥一定的作用。

The Study of LPA and TNF in peripheral blood of patients with cerebral infarct and carotid atherosclerosis

Objective To evaluate the role of LPA and TNF in pathogenesis of ischemic stroke.Methods The level of LPA and TNF of peripheral blood in Serum were measured in 160 patients with cerebral infarct in acute phase,38 patients with cerebral infarct in recovery phase,5 8 patients with carotid athero sclerosis and 35 healthy controls.Results The Level of LPA and TNF in serum of the patients with cerebral infarct in acute phase were significantly higher than those in recovery phase and carotid atherosclerosis(P<0.01),the level of LPA and TNF in serum of the patients with cerebral infarct in recovery phase and carotid atherosclerosis were significantly higher than those of healthy controls(P<0.01),but there were no statistical significances between the patients with cerebral infarct in recovery phase and carotid atherosclerosis(P>0.05).Conclusion The increased of LPA and TNF were not merely the response to cerebral ischemic injury,they had abnormal increased in patients with carotid atherosclerosis,they might play some role in the pathogenesis of ischemic stroke.
