老年急性脑梗死患者脉压的变化及意义

目的研究老年急性脑梗死患者脉压的变化及意义。方法选择入院时老年急性脑梗死患者160例(病例组)及同期来我院体检的100例(对照组),记录收缩压、舒张压及脉压,并进行统计学分析。结果与对照组比较,病例组血压增高明显,脉压增大,脉压与收缩压的相关性更为密切;在病例组脉压最大的分布区域在60～69mmHg,占20%;而对照组在40～59mmHg,占61%,显示脑梗死时脉压大于60mmHg的发生率较高;随着年龄的增加而脉压增大;60～69岁的脉压水平明显高于对照组。结论脉压的增大与脑梗死的发生有关,是脑梗死发生的重要评价因素。

The significance and change of pulse pressure in elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction

Objective To research the significance and change of pulse pressure(PP)in elderly patients with acute cerebral infraction.Methods The blood pressures of 160 in elderly patients with acute cerebral infraction and 100 persons receiving health examination in the same period(control group)were examined,correlation analysis between the systolic pressure,diastolic pressure and pulse pressure.Results(1)The PP of case group was significantly higher than that of control group and closer relationship was shown between pulse pressure and systolic pressure.(2)In case group,20% patients had maximum PP ranging from 60 to 69 mmHg in contrast with that 61% patients in control group got maximum PP distributing between 40 and 59 mmHg,which indicated that the incidence of acute cerebral infraction was higher when the patient's PP was higher than 60 mmHg.(3)The PP increased with the growth of the patient's age.Conclusion The increasing of PP is relevant to the occurrence of acute cerebral infraction and is also an important evaluating factor.
