| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脑室外引流治疗小量脑出血破入脑室的疗效。方法采用脑室外引流术治疗小量脑出血破入脑室98例。对术后第3d、第5d、第7d脑室通畅率,日常生活能力(ADL)和病死率进行回顾性分析。结果术后第3d、第5d和第7d脑室通畅率分别为30.6%、51.0%和91.8%,病死率为15.3%。生存者恢复良好83.1%,恢复不良16.8%。结论脑室外引流治疗小量脑出血破入脑室安全有效,但对大量脑出血破入脑室者不适宜采用此方法治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate curative effect of ventricular drainage treated a little encephalorrhagia ruptured to ventricular.Methods 98 cases of a little encephalorrhagia ruptured to ventricular were reviewed analysis.Results The ventricular smooth rate separate were 30.6%,51.0%,91.8%.After operation third day,fifth day and seventh day.The death rate was 15.3%.The renew good rate was 83.1%.and renew bad rate was 16.8% in alive patients.Conclusion The ventricular drainage treated a little encephalorrhagia ruptured to ventricular was safety and effective.But it was not fixed therapy of a large encephalorrhagia ruptured to ventricular. |
