卵细胞质内单精子注射治疗不孕症34例临床总结

目的总结应用单精子卵细胞质内注射（ICSI）治疗不孕症的临床效果。方法对34对男性因素、原因不明、受精障碍不孕患者采用GnRHa长周期促排卵方案,给有第一极体的卵细胞行单精子注射。结果34例34个治疗周期中,1例因反应不良取消。取卵数378个,注射卵数317（83．9％）个,正常受精卵231个（72．9％）卵裂228（98．3％）个,良好胚胎99（43．4％）个,平均移植胚胎数36个,临床妊娠12例（移植周期妊娠率为36.4％）。结论ICSI是治疗男性因素、原因不明、受精障碍等因素引起不孕症的一种切实可行的方法。

Evaluation of 34 cycles of intracytoplasmic sperm injection for infertility

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) in the treatment of infertility MethodsOvulation induction was accomplished with the use of GnRH agonist down-regulation combined with HMG/FSH stimulation in 34patients. Mamre oocytes with the tirst polar body were selected for ICSI. Results The total number of oocytes collected was 378,injected oocytes 317(83.9%), fertilized oocytes 231(72.9%), developed embryos 228(98.3%), embryos with good morphology 99(43.4%); Average number of embryo transfer was 3.6. The clinical pregnancies were achieved in 12 patients and the pregnancy rateof transtbr cycle was 35.3%. Conclusion ICSI would be the first choice for treatment of male infertility idiopathic infertility andfertilization failure with conventional IVF.
