| 摘 要： | 目的:分析动眼神经麻痹患者的脑血管造影结果,探讨引起动眼神经麻痹的病因。方法:对14例动眼神经麻痹患者的脑血管造影结果进行分析。结果:14例动眼神经麻痹患者脑血管造影发现颅内动脉瘤11例,其中前交通动脉瘤1例,后交通动脉瘤10例;硬脑膜动静脉瘘1例;无明显异常2例,其中1例有糖尿病史10年,确诊为糖尿病性眼肌麻痹,另1例行头颅MRI检查诊断为垂体腺瘤。结论:动眼神经麻痹的病因较多,动脉瘤是最常见的原因,尤其是伴蛛网膜下腔出血的动眼神经麻痹患者应及早行必要的检查;硬脑膜动静脉瘘、糖尿病和垂体瘤也是致病原因。
