摘    要:本文对微透析技术进行了方法学探讨,并应用该技术观察丹参注射液对脑缺血时Wistar鼠海马细胞外液氨基酸释放的影响。结果显示:脑缺血时丹参治疗组比缺血组及生理盐水组的海马细胞外液谷氨酸和天门冬氨酸明显减低(P<0.01),结合病理检查结果提示丹参注射液能减低脑缺血时海马细胞外液氨基酸的释放,并具有脑保护作用。微透析技术的应用为药物的研究提供新的方法。

Abstract:In this paper,we discused methodelogy of microdialysis,and used microdialysis observed effect of release of extracellu lar amino acid by danxia injection in Wistar rat hippocampus in case of cerebral ischemia.Results showed that the concentra tion of Glu and Asp in Danxiatreated groups in case of ischemia respectively were lower than those in the other ischemia groups treated with saline(P<0.01),which suggests that dansia injection could reduce the release of EAA by cerebral cells in case of ischemia.Combined with pathological experiment,we can deduced that danxia injection can penetrate the brain-blood barrier and protect the brain in case of ischemia.
