| 摘 要： | 目的建立长春花中文多灵的含量分析方法，比较不同来源长春花药材中文多灵的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法，以依利特C18柱为分析柱，甲醇：水（体积比64：36，以二乙胺和磷酸调pHI1）为流动相，流速为1mL／min；220nm为检测波长。结果红色长春花、白色长春花以及恩平、阳江、广州紫色长春花样品中文多灵含量分别是1．561、0．390、0．982、0．622、0．587mg／g。结论不同来源的长春花中文多灵的含量差异较大。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the determination method of vindoline extracted from Madagascar periwinkle （Catharanthus roseus （L.） Don. ） and to compare vindoline content in different sources of periwinkle. Methods Eluted at a Yilite C18 column with methanol-water （64： 36） （ adjusted to pH 11 with diethylamine） at flow rate of 1 ml/min, and detected at 220nm, a HPLC method was developed for the determination of vindoline in periwinkle;Results The vindoline content in red periwinkle, white periwinkle in Guangzhou and pink periwinkle from Enping, Yangjiang, and Guangzhou were 1. 561,0. 390,0. 982, 0. 622,0. 587 milligrammes per gramme. Conclusion The contents of vindoline varied greatly among periwinkles from different sources. |
