重点实施营养干预对脑卒中患者预防压疮的影响

目的探讨重点实施营养疗法对脑卒中患者并发压疮预防的影响。方法收集脑卒中患者970例，将满足纳入标准的941例患者分为病例组470例和对照组471例，病例组在常规护理的基础上重点实施营养疗法，对照组接受常规护理，对2组患者并发压疮的情况进行观察与比较。结果病例组并发压疮16例，发生率3．4％，对照组并发压疮33例，发生率7．0％，病例组明显低于对照组，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论重点实施营养疗法对脑卒中患者可降低压疮的发生，应重视对脑卒中患者实施营养干预。

Influence of Practicing Nutrition Intervention Emphatically on Preventing Pressure Ulcer in Stroke Patients

Objective To probe into the influence of practicing nutrition intervention emphatically on preventing pressure ulcer in stroke patients. Methods 941cases were divided into two groups. The treatment group（ n =470） was given nutrition interven- tion and the routine care,the control group （n = 471 ） was given the routine care, the incidence of pressure ulcer of treatment group was compared with control group. Results The incidence of pressure ulcer was 3.4% （ 16 cases） in treatment group, and it was 7.0% （ 33 cases） in control group. There was significant difference between two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Practi- cing nutrition intervention emphatically can decrease the incidence of pressure ulcer in stroke patients, it should be attached great importance.
