| 摘 要： | 目的 观察慢性肺源性心脏病（肺心病）急性期患者血中内皮素－１（ｅｎｄｏｔｈｅｌｉｎ－１，ＥＴ－１）含量昼夜变化，探讨其临床意义。方法 用放射免疫法测定３６例肺心病急性期者和３１例正常人８时，１６时，２４时血浆ＥＴ－１含量，并比较二组血浆ＥＴ－１含量的昼夜变化，结果 肺心病急性期患者血浆ＥＴ－１值８时，２３时最低（分别为５７．４５±１０．３２，３８．４７±１２．１５ｎｇ／Ｌ，Ｐ〈０．０１），患者血浆
