血浆ET、NO水平在2型糖尿病微血管病变中的意义

摘    要:探讨:探讨一氧化氮(NO)和内皮素(ET)在2型糖尿病微血管病变中的作用。方法:测定82例糖尿病患者及30例正常人血浆ET及NO水平。结果:糖尿病患者血浆ET水平升高(P<0.01),与IAI呈现负相关,而NO则明显下降,与IAI呈正相关,在伴有微血管病变中变化更明显(P<0.01),结论:两者共同参与了糖尿病微血管病变中的发生发展。

Abstract:Objective To explore the role of nitrous oxide (NO) and endothelin (ET) in the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetic microangiopathy. Methods The levels of ET and NO were measured in 30 normal subjects and 82 patients with type 2 biabetic mellitus. Results Plasma ET levels in type 2 biabetic patients were significantly higher than those in normal subjects (P<0.01)and ET level had a linear negative correlationship with IAI. NO levels decreased markedly in patient's plasma and were positively correlated with IAI. The changes of ET and NO levels in diabetic patients with microangiopathy were significantly greater than in those without microangiopathy (P<0.01). Conclusions Plasma ET and NO level changes may participate in the pathogensis of diabetic microangiopathy synergisticly.
