青中年高血压患者颈动脉粥样硬化与血尿酸及血脂的相关性探讨

目的：探讨青中年高血压患者颈动脉粥样硬化与血尿酸及血脂的关系。方法：选择同期体格检查青中年原发性高血压患者90例，采用颈动脉多普勒超声检测，根据颈动脉内-中膜厚度（IMT）、斑块、狭窄，分为颈动脉硬化组56例、颈动脉正常组34例，另选25名体格检查正常者为对照组。分别测定其血尿酸（UA）、血脂的水平。结果：颈动脉硬化组、颈动脉正常组与对照组比较：血尿酸、血总胆固醇（TC）、三酰甘油（TG）、低密度脂蛋白（LDL）差异均有显著性（P〈0．01）；颈动脉硬化组与颈动脉正常组的血尿酸、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白水平比较差异均有显著性（P〈0．01）。结论：血尿酸、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白水平增高是青中年高血压患者发生颈动脉粥样硬化的危险因素。

Study on the relationship between carotid atherosclerosis and the level of serum uric acid and lipid in young and middle-aged patients with hypertension

Objective:To observe the relationship between carotid atherosclerosis and the level of serum uric acid (UA) and lipid in young and middle-aged patients with hypertension. Methods:A total of 90 young and middle-aged patients with hypertension were selected during the physical examination carotid Doppler ultrasonography,and found that 56 patients had carotid atherosclerosis (atherosclerotic group) and 34 patients without carotid atherosclerosis (normal group),in addition,25 age and sex-matched healthy controls were selected as control group.The serum uric acid and lipid were determined in three groups. Results:The serum UA TC TG LDL of the patients of atherosclerotic and normal groups were significantly different to the control group (all P<0.01). The serum UA TC LDL of the patients of atherosclerotic group were significantly different to normal group (all P<0.01). Conclusion:The raise of UA TC LDL is related to the carotid atherosclerosis of the young and middle-aged patients with hypertension.
