| 摘 要： | 目的：通过蛋白质组技术阐明羊布鲁氏菌外膜蛋白的主要组成。方法：提取并纯化羊布鲁氏菌的外膜蛋白，应用双向电泳技术进行分离，选取双向电泳图上主要的蛋白点进行质谱分析，同时主要蛋白质点的肽指纹图谱利用Mascot在NCBInr蛋白数据库中进行检索。结果：共鉴定到67个蛋白点，主要外膜蛋白为Omp25和Omp31，其他外膜蛋白如Imp、Frp、GroEL等，功能涉及物质运输、能量代谢、应激等。结论：对主要外膜蛋白Omp25和Omp31的识别与分析不仅有助于对布鲁氏菌致病机制的研究，而且为布鲁氏菌病的疫苗研制提供靶标蛋白。
