MEBO治疗鼻中隔粘膜糜烂性鼻出血

鼻出血最常见的出血部位是鼻中隔前下区，它以粘膜糜烂、破裂为主要病变。治疗方法包括指压法烧灼或冷冻疗法、中药止血粉外用及堵塞法等。我们在MEBO治疗其它创疡经验的启发下，将MEBO涂在可吸收明股海绵上，再将其放入病变部位，每日换药2～3次，无需加压填塞。一般在用药2天出血停止，少数病人需治疗3～5天出血方可停止。治疗3天多数病人鼻腔分泌物减少，刺痛感消失，11～12天鼻中隔粘膜恢复正常。

MEBO Gelfoam for Treating Epistaxis due to Septum Mucosa Erosion

Nasal bleeding due to septum mucosa erosion is difficult to cure. The authors usedMEBO gelfoam to treat this kind of bleeding, the results were satisfactory. MEBO was adsorbed ongelatin sponge and then applied on the lesion area. The drug was changed 2 to 3 times a day, no pack-ing was needed. Bleeding was generally stopped in 2 days while a few cases stopped in 3 to 5 days. Theseptum mucosa returned to normal in 11 to 12 days.
