米索前列醇配伍依沙吖啶终止16~18周妊娠临床分析

目的探讨米索前列醇(以下简称米索)配伍依沙吖啶终止16~18周妊娠的效果。方法电脑随机号法将92例16~18周妊娠妇女分成A、B、C三组,均在B超监护下行依沙吖啶羊膜腔穿刺术,术后15m in分别阴道内塞米索400μg(A组)、米索200μg(B组)、甲硝唑200 mg(C组)。结果A、B两组出现规律宫缩时间、胎儿胎盘排出时间明显缩短,与C组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A、B两组胎盘胎膜残留率、引产失败率、出血量均降低,与C组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但A、B两组间差异无统计学意义。结论米索配伍依沙吖啶引产安全有效,能缩短产程。

Clinical analysis on pregnancy termination in 16～18 gestational weeks by using ethacridime with misaprostol

Objective To study the clinical effect of Misoprostol combined with rivanol to stop pregnancy during 16～18weeks.Methods 92 pregnancy women(16～18weeks) were randomly divided into three groups.misoprostal(400 μg) in group A,misoprostal(200 μg) in groups B,metronidazole(200 mg) in groups C were respectively placed into vaginal tract 15minutes after rivanol injected in amniotic cavity by B-ultrasonics guide.Results The time of viginal haemorrhage,foetus placenta removal,incidence of placenta fetal membranes remaining,failure labor and volume of haemorrhage were sigincficantly lower in group A and B than that in group C(P<0.05).but there were no sigincficant diffirence between group A and B.Conclusions induction of labor was safe and effective inThe misoprostal combined with rivanol is a safe and effective method for the induced labor.
