| 摘 要： | 目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者应用雾化吸入治疗的最佳方法。方法将32例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者按随机数字表分为空气压缩雾化吸入组（A组）和氧气雾化吸入组（B组）各16例。两组均予吸氧、抗感染及对症治疗，雾化吸入液用沙丁胺醇和溴化异丙托品。两组在每次吸入前及吸入30min后作动脉血气分析，吸入治疗3d测定肺功能。结果B组治疗后用力肺活量、呼气峰流速、第1秒用力呼气容积和血氧饱和度的测定值与A组相比，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），B组优于A组。结论慢性阻塞肺疾病急性加重期患者雾化吸入宜用氧气雾化吸入。
