妊娠早期人外周血及蜕膜局部单核细胞异质性分析

摘    要:目的    分析早孕妇女外周血及蜕膜局部CD14+CD16+/CD14+CD16-单核细胞各亚群的分布,并初步探讨其临床意义。方法    随机抽取健康早孕者及健康未孕者外周血,取人工流产术获得的健康早孕妇女新鲜蜕膜组织,采用机械研磨及密度梯度离心法分离单个核细胞;流式细胞术检测上述样本CD14+CD16+/CD14+CD16-单核细胞各亚群的分布。结果   与健康未孕者比较,早孕妇女外周血CD14+CD16-细胞阳性率显著降低(P<0.01),早孕蜕膜组织中CD14+CD16+细胞亚群为CD14+细胞的主要群体,阳性率为(69.13±7.73) %,显著高于外周血中该亚群(11.50±3.7)%的比例。结论    早孕期间母体CD14+CD16+细胞亚群成为CD14+细胞中的主群体,提示CD14+CD16+细胞亚群在妊娠期间免疫系统TH-2优势应答的形成中可能起重要作用。
