| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨胎儿肝外型永久性右脐静脉( PRUV)的产前超声诊断及预后.方法 分析我院超声科2009年1月～2011年7月检查发现的肝外型PRUV胎儿12例,总结其合并畸形情况及预后 结果 肝外型PRUV胎儿检出率为0.02％(12/64243),所有12例肝外型PRUV胎儿均合并其他系统畸形,11例引产,1例胎死宫内.结论 肝外型PRUV胎儿可以通过产前超声检查得以诊断.肝外型PRUV胎儿往往合并其他系统畸形,预后不良.

| Abstract: | 【Objective】 To discuss the prenatal ultrasonographic diagnosis of fetal extrahepatic persistent right umbilical vein(PRUV).【Methods】 Twelve fetal extrahepatic PRUV cases from January 2009 to July 2011 were analyzed,and the additional malformations and prognosis were summarized.【Results】 The incidence of extrahepatic PRUV was 0.02%(12/64243).All the 12 fetuses had additional malformations,of which 11 fetuses were induced and 1 case died in uterus.【Conclusion】 Ultrasonography can diagnose fetal extrahepatic PRUV.Fetal extrahepatic PRUV was often accompanied by additional malformations.Also,the prognosis is unfavourable. |
