综合康复治疗对蝮蛇咬伤患者疗效研究

摘    要:目的 探讨综合康复治疗对蝮蛇咬伤肢体治疗效果.方法 随机选择该院2009年6月~2010年6月72例留观和住院蝮蛇咬伤患者,随机分为2组:对照组36例,只进行药物治疗;康复组36例,在药物治疗的基础上尽早进行综合康复治疗.治疗期间记录患者临床症状改善情况、心肌酶谱,1周治愈率进行统计学分析.结果 两组蝮蛇咬伤患者治疗前基本临床特征差异无显著性(P>0.05),两组患者治疗后临床症状改善情况、心肌酶谱变化,1周治愈率差异有显著性(P<0.05),康复组明显优于对照组.结论 蝮蛇咬伤患者药物治疗的同时给予早期综合康复治疗,可有效促进患肢运动功能恢复,预防并发症,缩短治疗时间,提高治愈率.

Abstract:【Objective】 To explore the comprehensive rehabilitation therapy for the viper bites body movement function recovery.【Methods】 From June 2009 to June 2010,72 patients bitten by viper were randomly divided into two groups,control group 36 cases,drug therapy only;36 cases in rehabilitation group,comprehensive rehabilitation conducted on the basis of drug therapy.During treatment,myocardial enzymes,cure rate in one week and patients’ clinical symptoms were recorded and statistical analysis was done.【Results】 The basic clinical characteristics of the two groups of viper bitten patients had no statistically significant difference(P >0.05),while clinical symptoms improvement after treatment,the cure rate and myocardial enzymes were statistically significant different(P <0.05).【Conclusion】 Medication combined with early comprehensive rehabilitation in the viper bitten patients,can promote effectively the limb function recovery,prevent complications,shorten the cure time and improve the curative rate.
