蛇莓总酚的抗肿瘤作用及免疫学机制的初步探讨

摘    要:目的探讨蛇莓[Duchesnea indica(Andr)Focke]有效部位蛇莓总酚(Duchesnea phenolic extract,DPE)的抗肿瘤作用及其免疫调节作用。方法体外实验采用MTT法测定肿瘤细胞(SKOV-3、HeLa、HEC-1B、NCI-H460、CNE、BGC-823)生长抑制率。体内实验采用小鼠U14移植瘤模型,采用MTT法和溶血素分光光度法,检测肿瘤抑制率、T淋巴细胞转化率和B淋巴细胞抗体量,分析其对小鼠体内抗肿瘤作用及免疫调节的关系。结果DPE以剂量依赖的方式抑制肿瘤细胞增殖,有明显的体内抗肿瘤作用。同时DPE可增强T细胞增殖和B细胞抗体分泌。结论DPE既可直接作用于肿瘤细胞,也可以通过提高机体细胞与体液免疫应答的水平而发挥体内抗肿瘤作用。

Abstract:Aim To study the anticancer activity of Duchesnea phenolic extract(DPE)and its immunomodulation effect.Methods The tumor cells(SKOV-3,HeLa,HEC-1B,NCI-H460,CNE,BGC-823) growthrepression rates were measured by MTT colorimety in vitro.The antineoplastic effect of DPE in vivo was studied on mice transplanted U14 tumor.Tumor-inhibiting activities,T lymphocyte proliferation ratio and released antibodies of B lymphocytes were investigated.Results DPE showed anticancer activity in a dose-dependent manner.DPE inhibited the growth of U14 in vivo,improved function of T lymphocyte proliferation and released antibodies of B lymphocytes.Conclusions DPE can not only affect tumor cells directly but also exert antitumor efficiency through reinforcing cell-mediated and humoral immune response.
