儿童白内障手术治疗的远期疗效及并发症的临床观察

【目的】探讨超声乳化手术治疗儿童白内障的疗效及并发症。【方法】采用白内障超声乳化吸除并（或不并）人工晶体植入术治疗儿童白内障56例68眼，随访3～5年，观察其视功能恢复及并发症情况。【结果】99．8％的患儿视力均有提高，视力≥0．5者占57％，主要并发症有葡萄膜炎、角膜水肿、后囊膜浑浊、继发性青光眼、人工晶体移位等。【结论】采用超声乳化治疗儿童白内障远期疗效可靠，但术后青光眼，虹膜炎的发生率较高，应予以重视。

Clinical Observation of Long-term Efficacy and Complication of Surgical Treatment of Cataract in Children

Objective] To explore the efficacy and complications of phacoemulsification for the treatment of children with cataract. Methods]A total of 56 children with cataract（68 eyes） underwent phacoemulsification combined with or without intraocular lens implantation. All patients were followed up for 3--5 years. The recovery of visual function and complications were observed. Results] The visual acuity of 99.8% of patients was improved. Patients with visual acuity≥0.5 accounted for 57M. The main complications were uveitis, corneal edema, after-cataract, secondary glaucoma and intraocular lens shift. Conclusion] Phacoemulsification for the treatment of children with cataract has reliable long-term efficacy, but the incidence of postoperative glaucoma and iritis is higher and should be paid more attention.
