前列地尔联合银杏达莫注射液治疗慢性肾功能不全26例的临床观察

【目的】观察前列地尔联合银杏达莫注射液治疗慢性肾功能不全（CRI）的临床疗效。【方法】将本院53名慢性肾功能衰竭（CRF）患者随机分为前列地尔及银杏达莫注射液联合治疗组（观察组）和常规治疗对照组。观察比较两组治疗前后血尿素氮（BUN）、血肌酐（SCr）、肾小球滤过率评估值（eGFR）变化。【结果】治疗后观察组患者 BUN、SCr 水平及 eGFR 较治疗前有明显改善，治疗前后相比较差异具有显著性（P ＜0．05），对照组治疗前后BUN、SCr、eGFR的水平则无明显变化（P ＞0．05）。观察组与对照组治疗后比较差异亦有显著性（P＜0．05）。【结论】前列地尔及银杏达莫注射液联合治疗可改善 CRF的肾功能，延缓肾功能进展。

Clinical Observation of Alprostadil Combined with Ginkgo Damole Injection for the Treatment of 2 6 Patients with Chronic Renal Insufficiency

[Obj ective]To observe clinical efficacy of alprostadil combined with Ginkgo Damole inj ection for the treatment of chronic renal insufficiency（CRI）.[Methods]A total of 5 3 CRI patients in our hospital were randomly divided into alprostadil combined with Ginkgo Damole inj ection treatment group（observation group） and conventional treatment group（control group）.The changes of plasma urea nitrogen（BUN）,serum creati-nine（SCr）and estimated glomerular filtration rate（eGFR）in 2 group were observed and compared.[Results]Compared with before treatment,BUN,SCr and eGFR in observation group after treatment were improved obviously,and there was significant difference（P＆lt;0.05）.There was no significant difference in BUN,SCr and eGFR of control group between before and after treatment（P ＆gt;0.05）.After treatment,there was also significant difference between observation group and control group（P＆lt;0.05）.[Conclusion]Alprostadil com-bined with Ginkgo Damole inj ection can improve renal function of patients with CRF and delay the progression of renal function.
