P-选择素与冠心病患者冠脉病变程度相关性研究

【目的】探讨冠心病患者P-选择素水平及其与冠状动脉病变严重程度的关系。【方法】检测42例急性冠脉综合征患者（ACS组），27例稳定型心绞痛患者（SAP组），29例健康对照组 P-选择素水平；研究冠状动脉病变支数、冠脉 Gensini 评分与P-选择素水平的相关性。【结果】①ACS组及 SAP组 P-选择素水平均高于对照组（P＜0．05），ACS组P-选择素水平高于SAP组（P＜0．05）。②与单支冠脉病变组比较，多支冠脉病变患者P-选择素水平显著升高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。③冠状动脉 Gensini 评分≥20分组 P-选择素水平明显高于总积分＜20分组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。【结论】冠心病患者 P-选择素水平明显升高，和冠状动脉病变程度相关，可预测冠心病严重性。

Study on the Relationship Between P-selectin and the Severity of Coronary Artery Lesions in Pa-tients with Coronary Heart Disease

Obj ective]To explore the relationship between P-selectin（Ps）level and the severity of coronary ar-tery lesions in patients with coronary heart disease（CHD）.Methods]The levels of Ps in 42 patients with acute coronary syndrome（ACS group）,27 patients with stable angina pectoris（SAP group）and 29 healthy controls were measured.The relationship of the number of the diseased coronary artery and Gensini score of coronary artery with the Ps level was analyzed.Results]The levels of Ps in ACS group and SAP group were higher than those in con-trol group（P〈0.05）,and those in ACS group were higher than those in SAP group（P〈0.05）.Compared with single-vessel coronary lesion group,the levels of Ps in multiple-vessel coronary lesion group lesions were markedly increased,and there was significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）.The levels of Ps in the subgroup with Gensini score≥20 were obviously higher than those in the subgroup with total score〈20,and there was sig-nificant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion]The level of Ps in patients with CHD is increased and correlated with the severity of coronary lesion,and can predict the severity of CHD.
