非脱垂阴式子宫切除术与腹腔镜辅助下经阴道子宫切除术比较

目的 比较非脱垂阴式子宫切除术与腹腔镜辅助下经阴道子宫切除术的临床效果.方法 选择我院2005年12月～2006年12月经阴道子宫切除术56例与同期腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫切除术56例病人.比较分析两种手术方法在手术时间、出血量、术后排气、术后体温、术后住院日及住院费用的差异.结果 两组手术在手术时间、术中出血、术后住院日方面,差异无显著性意义.但经阴道子宫切除术的术后排气时间、术后体温、手术费用明显低于腹腔镜辅助下经阴道子宫切除术,两者比较有统计学差异,P值《0.001.结论 阴道辅助的腹腔镜子宫切除术(VALH)更符合微创手术原则,值得推广应用.

Clinical comparison between transvaginal hysterectromy and laparoscopically assisted vaginal hysterectromy

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of transvaginal hysterectromy and laparoscopically assisted vaginal hysterectromy. Methods 56 cases (group A) of transvaginal hysterectromy and 56 cases (group B) of laparoscopically assisted vaginal hysterectromy were studied from Dec 2005 to Dec 2006 in our hospital. The operative time, the bleeding quantity during the operations, the anus gas passage time, the highest temperature after the operations, the days of staying in the hospital and the cost of operation were analyzed. Results Compared with the LAVH Group, the TVH Group had early anus gas passage time, lower temperature, lower total cost of operation. There was no significant difference in the operative tim,e the bleeding quantity during the operations and the days of staying in the hospital. Conclusions The vaginal assisted hysterectomy laparoscopy(VALH) is worth to Use widely.
