医学院校学生被动吸烟状况及对吸烟的劝阻情况

目的了解山东省医学院校学生的被动吸烟状况以及对吸烟行为的劝阻情况,为进一步开展针对性的控烟工作提供依据。方法于2010年9月,从山东省9所医学院校中随机抽取2所学校,在每所学校中分别采用分层整群随机抽样方法,以专业和年级为分层特征,抽取2001名学生作为调查对象,采用集中式自填问卷的方法对医学生的被动吸烟状况及其对吸烟行为的劝阻情况进行调查。结果完成调查1801人,被动吸烟率为27.8%,对被动吸烟健康危害相关知识的全部正确认识率为54.9%,41.4%的被动吸烟者在遇到吸烟行为时曾对吸烟者进行劝阻。结论医学院校学生被动吸烟率低于一般人群,对被动吸烟健康危害相关知识的认识需要进一步加强,应开展学校控烟健康教育工作,提高医学院校学生控烟能力。

The Study of Passive Smoking and the Status of Dissuading Smoking in Medical College Students

Objective To understand the passive smoking and the status of dissuading smoking behavior in medical college students in Shandong province, and to develop effective tobacco control policies. Methods Two universities were selected at random from 9 medical universities in Shandong province in September 2010, then 2 001 of medical college students were selected with stratified cluster random sampling by their major and grade as stratification factors. Cross-sectional survey method was used. The participants filled the anonymous questionnaires which mainly included the knowledge, attitude and behavior about smoking and passive smoking and so on. Results Total 1 801 students （male 990, female 811 ） completed the questionnaires. The passive smoking rate was 27.8%. The fully-correct awareness rate of the harm of passive smoking among the students was 54.9%. 41.4% of the students who met smoking behavior had discouraged the smokers. Conclusion The passive smoking rate of medical students is lower than the general population. Medical students have a certain basis on passive smoking knowledge and attitude, but it＇s still weak. The health education on tobacco control should be improved among the college students and to improve tobacco control capacity of them.
