沙门氏菌食物中毒菌株的质粒图谱及耐药谱分析

摘    要:本文对1991~1993年成都及南充地区食物中毒分离的50株沙门氏菌进行了质粒图谱及耐药谱分析。质粒检出率为70%,其中28株鼠伤寒沙门氏菌的质粒检出率为92.8%,可分为14个质粒图谱型别,质粒分子量的变化范围在1.6~180.46Md。暴发流行菌株具有相同的质粒图谱,而散发菌株的质粒图谱型较为分散。所有菌株均是耐药菌株,且以多重耐药菌株为主,耐四种药的菌株占54%,最多达耐10种药。50株菌对新霉素、卡那霉素、妥布霉素均敏感。未发现某种或某几种耐药性与某种质粒型别呈明显的一一对应关系。

Abstract:The plasmid profiles and antibiotic resistance profile of 50 strains of Salmanllae isolated from food borne intocated patients in Chengdu Nanchong were determind by the Kado liu method.70% of these strains have bored plasmid,92 86% of 28 strains of Sptylimurium demonstrated the presence of plasmid.A total of 14 different plasmid profiles were observed with a plasmid ranging in size from 1 60 to 180 46Md.Some of the strains from outbreaks have the same plasmid patterns while many different plasmid patterns were found in strains from scattered food borne intoxication.All of the strains were resistant and most of them were multiple resistant.54% of strains were resistant to 4 antibiotics,even some strains were resistant to 10 antibiotics.All the 50 strains were susceptible to Neomycin,Kanamycin,and Tobramycin.The results also indicate there was no clear correlationship between the plasmid profile and antibiotic resistance pattern of these strains.
