| 摘 要： | 医生上岗，先学人文。作为一名医生不但要技术好，更要做人好。因此，我们要加强医生的人文素质教育，培养医生的敬业精神，改变和创新与患者的沟通方式，设身处地地为患者着想，把先进的医疗技术和人文关怀结合在一起，更好地为患者服务。

| Abstract: | Humanistic qualification is necessary for doctors.Not only dedicate medical skills but also decent personality are essential qualifications for a qualified doctor.Therefore,doctors' medical humanistic accomplishemnt should be strenthened to cultivate therir professional dedication,modify and innovate their communication skills with patients,bear in mind the interests of patients,and combine the advanced medical skills and humanistic care,aiming to batter serve patients. |
