多脏器功能衰竭对急性心肌梗死预后的影响

目的：探讨多脏器功能衰竭对急性心肌梗死的预后及溶栓治疗的影响。方法：326例急性肌梗死病人被分为多脏器功能衰竭组和非脏器功能衰竭组，比较两组的病死率；84例溶栓治疗被分为多脏器功能衰竭组和非多脏器功能衰竭组，比较两组再通率和年龄。结果：急性心肌梗死伴多脏器功能衰竭患病死率明显高于非多脏器功能衰竭（P＜0．01），多脏器功能衰竭使溶栓成功率明显降低（P＜0．01）。结论：积极地预防与治疗多脏器功能衰竭, 可提高溶栓成功率，有效地改善急性心肌梗死病人的预后，降低病死率。

Influence of multiple organ failure on the prognosis of acute myocardial infarction

Objective:To research the influence of the multiple organ failure on the prognosis of acute myocardial infarction(AMI) and thrombolytic treatment.Methods:Three hundred and twenty-six patients with AMI were divided into two groups(multiple organ failure and non-multiple organ failure) to compare the mortality rates of thrombolytic treatment.Eighty-four patients with thrombolytic treatment were divided into two groups as above to compare the rates of success of thrombolytic treatment and age respectively.Results:The mortality of AMI patients with multiple organ failure or non-multiple organ failure groups was 33.71% and 5.49% respectively(P<0.01).The rates of success of thrombolytic treatment were 27.58% and 63.63% respectively in two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:Actively preventing and treating multiple organ failure can improve the prognosis and the rate of success of thrombolytic treatment of AMI patients,decrease the mortality of such patients effectively.
