| 摘 要： | 目的]通过不同方法测量根管长度,指导根管治疗的准确性。方法]采用手感法X光照片、电测法3种方法测量根管长度,并和离体牙实测相比较。结果]手感法和X光照片的测量结果准确性较差,而电测法的结果较准确（P〈0.05）。结论]电测法测量根管长度值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective] To study accuracy of the root-canal treatment with the different measuring method.Methods] The method of feeless,X light photograph,the electricity measures to measures the root canal length,and compare with the solid measuring methods of the isolated teeth.Results]The electricity measure method is better accurate than feeless method and the X light photograph method(P<0.05).Conclusion] It is worthy of expanding clinically to measures the root-canalLength with the electyicity measures method |
