中西医结合治疗青春期甲亢31例临床观察

目的　观察中成药“抑亢丸”辅助治疗青春期弥漫性甲状腺肿伴甲亢 (Graves病 )疗效。方法　对已接受西医系统抗甲亢治疗 3 0个月以上的 5 6位青春期Graves病患者随机分为观察组 (2 5例 )和治疗组 (3 1例 ) ,分别予以原抗甲亢药物 (ATD)方案治疗和在此基础上加用“抑亢丸”治疗 3个月 ,通过甲状腺功能 (FT3 、FT4)和甲状腺免疫标志物 (TPOAb、TMA、TGA)变化比较两组治疗效果。结果　 3个月后治疗组TPOAb、TGA、TMA较观察组显著下降 (P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 5 ) ,提示免疫功能改善。治疗组FT3 、FT4下降明显 (P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 5 ) ,与免疫功能改善相平行 ,提示甲状腺功能明显恢复。结论　中药“抑亢丸”联合西医抗甲亢系统治疗青春期甲亢可改善甲状腺自身免疫功能 ,从而促进甲状腺功能恢复正常

Clinical observation on 31 cases of adolescent hyperthyroidism treated with combination of Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective To observe curative effect of Chinese patent drug "Yikang Wan" on treating Graves disease of adolescence.Method Randomly divided 56 adolescent patients with Graves disease who had heen treated with systematic Western medicine for over 30 months into observation group(25 cases) and treatment group (31 cases), treated with original anti-hyperthyroidism drug (ATD) treatment plan and additional"Yikang Wan"treatment on this basis for 3 months, respectively ; compared curative effects of two groups through function of thyroids (FT 3?FT 4) and thyroid immune markers (TPOAb, TMA, TGA).Results Three months later, there was significant decrease in TPOAb, TMA,TGA and in treatment group (P<0.01,P<0.05,P<0.05), indicating improved immunological function.At the same time levels of FT 3 and FT 4 decreased markedly in treatment group (P<0.01, P<0.05), parallel with improved immunological function, indicating that function of thyroid recovered obviously.Conclusion Systematic treatment of Western medicine combining Chinese medicine"Yikang Wan"in adolescent hyperthyroidism can improve autoimmune function of thyroid ,thus promote recovery of thyroid to normal.
