| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨葛根素注射液注射速度及药物浓度对家兔的影响。方法：以不同的速度和药物浓度，分别对家兔进行耳静脉注射，观察家兔反应。结果：注射过快或药物浓度过高易引起家兔死亡。 结论：葛根素注射液在热原检查或临床使用时应缓慢注射或滴注。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study on effect of puerarin injection to rabbit about injection speed and drug concentration. Methods: Observe rabbit reaction on being injected the ear vein in different speed and concentration. Results: High speed injection and high concentration were easy to cause rabbit death. Conclusions: Puerarin injection must be injected slowly and iv drip in the Pyrogen test and clinical application. |
