直肠外翻肛外切除直肠癌及其系膜治疗低位直肠癌

目的探讨直肠癌经肛门外切除直肠及其系膜治疗低位直肠癌的可靠性和远期疗效。方法自1997年以来按照直肠癌全直肠系膜切除术(total merirecal excision TME)要求,对16例低位直肠癌,经直肠外翻切除直肠癌及系膜与结肠相吻合近期效果和远期疗效进行回顾性分析。结果 16例患者手术经过顺利。吻合感染致肛门狭窄1例,局部盆腔内复发1例,肝转移2例。结论该手术安全可靠,术中容易切除远端直肠系膜,远期疗效好。

Rectal Cancer and Relavent Mesenterium Excision by Rectum of Evagination out of Anus for Low Rectal Cancer

Objective To discuss the safety and reliability of operation of curing low rectal cancer by cutting and coinciding rectal cancer by evaginating rectum out of anus and cutting distant mesorectum at the same time according to demand of TME. Methods 16 cases of patients with low rectal cancer have been analyzed for the effects of the operation of curing low rectal cancer by cutting and coinciding rectal cancer by evaginat- ing rectum out of anus and also cutting distant mesorectum at the same time in terms of short-term and long-term since 1997.Results The course of the operation of all cases was smooth. There was 1 case who suffered slight stenosis of stoma because of it's infection after the opera- tion. There were 2 cases whose livers were found transferred by tumor. There was 1 case whose cancer recurred in cavitas pelvis. Conclusions It shows that the operation mentioned above is safety and has a low rate of recurrence and a good curative effect in short-term and long-term.
