异黑颗粒对化疗药物5-FU的增效减毒作用研究

摘    要:目的探讨异黑颗粒对化疗药物5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)的增效减毒作用。方法建立移植性宫颈癌小鼠模型,随机分为正常对照组、肿瘤模型组、5-FU、5-FU合用异黑颗粒高剂量组、5-FU合用异黑颗粒中剂量组、5-FU合用异黑颗粒低剂量组。测定小鼠脏器质量、脏器指数及抑瘤率;采用MTT法测定小鼠脾脏T淋巴细胞增殖功能;观察肾脏病理学变化。结果 5-FU组及5-FU合用异黑颗粒高、中、低剂量组抑瘤率分别为65.63%,77.29%,87.31%和69.93%。与5-FU组比较,5-FU合用异黑颗粒各剂量组胸腺指数、脾脏指数及肝脏指数均显著增加(P<0.05),5-FU合用异黑颗粒高、中剂量组T淋巴细胞增殖功能显著增强(P<0.05)。结论异黑颗粒对化疗药物5-FU具有增效减毒作用。

Effect of reducing toxicity and enhancing efficacy of Abnormal Savda Munziq Granules on the chemotherapeutic drug 5-fluorouracil
Abstract:Objective To study the enhancing efficacy and reducing toxicity effect of the Abnormal Savda Munziq Granules(ASMq) on the chemotherapeutic drug 5‐fluorouracil .Methods The mice model of portability cervical cancer was established and randomly divided into normal control group ,tumor model group ,and 5‐fluorouracil group ,5‐fluorouracil combination with high dose of ASMq group ,and 5‐fluorouracil combination with middle dose of ASMq group ,and 5‐fluorouracil combination with low dose of ASMq group .The major organ weights ,organ index and inhibition rate were determined ,and MTT method was used to determine the proliferation function of spleen T lymphocyte and histopathological variety of kidney was also observed .Results The inhibition rates of 5‐fluorouracil group and 5‐fluorouracil combination with high ,middle ,low dosage of ASMq group were 65 .63% ,77 .29% , 87 .31% and 69 .93% .Compared with the 5‐fluorouracil group ,in the 5‐fluorouracil combination with high ,middle ,low dosage of ASMq group ,the thymus index ,spleen index and liver index were increased(P<0 .05) ,the proliferation function of spleen T lymphocyte was significantly increased in the 5‐fluorouracil combination with high ,middle dosage of ASMq group(P< 0 .05) . Conclusion ASMq have the effect of enhancing efficacy and reducing toxicity on the chemotherapeutic drug 5‐fluorouracil .
