后腹腔镜下保留肾单位手术治疗肾肿瘤16例临床分析

目的：评价后腹腔镜下保留肾单位手术治疗肾肿瘤的疗效.方法回顾性分析我院2010年10月至2015年5月施行的16例后腹腔镜下保留肾单位手术的临床病例资料.其中男11例,女5例,年龄35~76岁,平均年龄52.5岁,左肾肿瘤9例,右肾肿瘤7例.16例肾肿瘤均行后腹腔镜下保留肾单位手术.结果16例手术均获成功,无中转开放.手术时间90~180 min,平均100 min；术中出血约30~200 ml,平均约50 ml；术后住院时间5~10 d,平均7 d；术后无明显并发症,术后随访6个月~5年,未见肾功能下降及肿瘤复发.结论后腹腔镜下保留肾单位手术创伤小、并发症少、住院时间短、治愈率高,是一种简单有效的微创治疗方法.

Clinical analysis of 16 cases of retroperitoneal laparoscopic nephron sparing surgery for renal tumor

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of retroperitoneal laparoscopic neph-ron sparing surgery for renal tumor. Methods The clinical data of 1 6 cases of retroperitoneal lap-aroscopic nephron sparing surgery for renal tumor analyzed retrospectively from October 2010 to May 2015 with 11 cases of male patients and 5 cases of female patients. The age was 35 to 76 years with a mean age of 52.5 years. There were 9 cases with left renal tumor,and 7 cases with right re-nal tumor. All the patients were treated with retroperitoneal laparoscopic nephron sparing surgery. Results 1 6 patients underwent retroperitoneal laparoscopic nephron sparing surgery successfully. No conversion to open surgery occurred. Mean operating time was 100 min (range 90-180 min);Mean estimated blood loss was 50 ml (range 30-200 ml);Mean hospital stay after surgery was 7 days (range 5-10 days). No significant complications after surgery occurred. There were no decline in renal function and tumor recurrence during the follow-up of 6 months to 5 years. Conclusions Retroperitoneal laparoscopic nephron sparing surgery was a simple and effective minimally invasive method with less tissue trauma,less complication,shorter hospital stay and higher cure rate.
