星点设计法优选免洗手用消毒凝胶的制备工艺

摘    要:目的优化免洗手用消毒凝胶的制备工艺。方法在单因素实验的基础上,以卡波姆(X_1,%)、甘油(X_2,%)及无水乙醇(X_3,%)的加入量为自变量,以黏度、触变性和屈服值的综合评分为因变量,采用星点设计-效应面法优选该凝胶的制备工艺,对实验结果数据进行二项式方程拟合,根据最佳数学模型描绘效应面,确定最佳处方制备工艺并进行预测分析和处方验证。结果根据响应面图及等高线图可以确定其大致范围,并结合实际实验最终确定优选的最佳处方制备工艺为:卡波姆用量为0.6%,甘油用量为3.0%,无水乙醇用量为35%,且按照最优处方进行的验证实验中,真实值与预测值非常接近,无太大差异。结论以星点设计-效应面法实现了免洗手用消毒凝胶处方制备工艺的优化,建立的拟合模型具有良好的预测性。

Optimization of preparation process of Hands Disposable Disinfectant Gels by cen-tral composite design
Abstract:Objective To optimize the preparation process of Hands Disposable Disinfectant Gels(HDDG) .Methods On the basis of single factor tests ,with viscosity ,thixotropy and yield value of overall rating as dependent variables ,central composite design was adopted to optimize this gel preparation technology by the amount of carbomer( X 1 ,% ) ,glycerin( X 2 ,% ) and anhydrous ethonal ( X 3 ,% ) as independent variables .Various mathematical equation fittings were performed using a statistical software of Design‐Expert .Preparation parameters were optimized through response surface plotted by optimal fitting equations ,and the optimized procedure was validated through experimental preparation of HDDG .Results According to the fitting model ,the following param‐eters were selected ,carbomeer 0 .6% ,glycerin 3 .0% ,anhydrous ethonal 35% .Conclusion According to the central composite de‐sign‐response surface methodology ,the preparation process of HDDG was optimized and established .
