中药重金属元素测定方法的研究进展

目的综述多种测定中药重金属含量的方法,比较其优缺点,旨在提供一种精确、快捷和最适宜的测定方法。方法查阅最新相关文献并进行总结和评述。结果中药重金属含量测定方法主要包括紫外分光光度法、原子吸收分光光度法、原子荧光分光光度法、电感耦合等离子体法以及其他方法。结论中药重金属测定的研究已取得一定进展,但忽略了有益微量元素的测定,测定过程中存在中药有效成分部分流失的不足,还需进一步完善测定方法。

Research progress of determination methods of heavy metals in traditional Chinese medicines

Objective To review the methods for determining heavy metal content in traditional Chinese medicines,and compare their advantages and disadvantages,then find an accurate,simple and optimal method.Methods Determination methods of heavy metals were concluded and reviewed by reading the recent research literatures.Result The main determination methods include UVS, AAS,AFS,ICP,HPLC-ICP-MS and others.Conclusion Although the study on determining heavy metal content achived a certain progress,the determination of useful trace elements is needed for further improvement.
