经皮微创钢板内固定治疗胫骨近端粉碎性骨折

目的:探讨微创植入钢板内固定治疗胫骨近端粉碎骨折的临床效果。方法:自2002年6月~2005年3月使用高尔夫球棒型解剖钢板或LISS解剖型接骨板通过间接复位,经皮微创钢板固定(MIPPO)治疗胫骨近端粉碎性骨折12例,观察术后软组织恢复及骨折愈合情况。结果:本组12例经4~22个月随访,平均14个月,临床愈合时间4~12个月。按Johner-Wruhs方法评价,优8例,良好3例,一般1例,总满意率91.7%。结论:微创钢板内固定对治疗胫骨近端粉碎骨折具有创伤小,固定牢固,可早期功能锻炼,并发症少的优点。

Minimally invasive plate fixation for splintered fracture of proximal tibia

Objective To investigate the clinical results of minimally invasive plate fixation for splintered fracture of proximal tibia. Method From June 2002 to March 2005, 12 cases were treated with indirect reduction and internal fixation by MIPPO with Golf or Liss stick.The recovery of soft tissue and fracture healing were observed. Results All 12 cases were heal in first stage after 4~22 months follow-up (14months in average). The average time of clinical healing was 4~12 months. There were 8 cases excellent, 3 cases good and 1 cases healed with standard of Johner-Wruhs method , total satisfactory rate 91.7%. Conclusion Minimally invasive plate fixation in treatment of splintered fracture of proximal tibia has advantages of minimal trauma,reliable fixation,early movement and fewer complications,being a valuable clinical alternative.
