| 摘 要： | 本文用胃癌单抗S_4(简称S_4)对慢性萎缩性胃炎伴轻至重度不典型增生的胃粘膜活检组织。胃癌术后大体组织细胞表面胃癌相关抗原的表达情况作了研究。156例不典型增生的胃粘膜组织。35.3%有胃癌单抗S_4相关抗原的表达,其中轻度不典型增生的阳性率为31.4%;中度不典型增生的阳性率为56.3%;而2例重度不典型增生均为阳性。胃癌大体组织S_4检测发现,以癌灶处阳性细胞最多、癌旁次之,远端更少。本文还证实了S_4相关抗原与癌胚抗原(CEA)是二种不同的表面抗原。

| Abstract: | The expression of gastric cancer associated antigen (GCAA) in gastric mucosa of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis with mild to severe dysplasia and in resected gastric cancer tissue was studied with immunohistochemical method using RWS_4 35.3% of gastric mucosa with dysplasia showed presence of RWS_4 associated antigen. 31.4% were positive in mild and 56.3% in moderate dysplasia. Two cases with severe dysplasia were both positive. Examination of resected specimens showed the percentage of stained cells to be highest in cancerous area, gradually decreasing with increased distance from the lesion to the resected ends. The relation GCAA and CEA was also studied and demonstrated that the two were different surface antigens. |
