先天性牙发育不全对颅颌面结构的影响

目的通过对牙发育不全患者的头影测量分析，了解先天性牙发育不全对颅颌面结构的影响。方法对就诊于第四军医大学口腔医院正畸科的先天性牙发育不全的196名患者进行头影测量分析。结果在轻度牙齿先天性缺失患者中，牙齿缺失数目引起硬、软组织参数的变化是有限的。在重度牙齿先天性缺失患者中，会出现上颌骨的发育不良，以及相应的软组织突度减少。结论多数牙齿先天性缺失会影响上下颌骨的发育。

Effect of Tooth Agenesis on Craniofacial Structure

Objective To investigate the effect of tooth agenesis on craniofacial structure development. Method The caphalometric analysis was performed in 196 patients with tooth agenesis treated in our department. Results In the patients with mild tooth agenesis, the limited changes in hard and soft tissue parameters were induced only by the number of tooth absence. But in the patients with severe tooth agenesis, the agenesis of mandible and maxillary bone developed,and the protrusion of the relative soft tissue decreased. Conclusion Severe tooth agenesis will affect the development of mandible and maxillary bones.
