| 摘 要： | 目的：研究可溶性血管细胞粘附分子-1（sVCAM-1）在 2型糖尿病患者微血管病变中的变化.方法： 应用酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）检测82例2型糖尿病患者及30例健康对照者的血清sVCAM-1. 结果： 血清中sVCAM-1在2型糖尿病组显著高于健康对照组,存在显著性差异（P〈0.01）;sVCAM-1在 2型糖尿病有微血管病变组明显高于无微血管病变组,存在显著性差异（P 〈0.01）;sVCAM-1在尿微量白蛋白mAlb〈20 μg/L和20 μg/L〈mAlb〈200 μg/L,存在显著性差异,且mAlb〉200 μg/L明显高于其他两组.结论： sVCAM-1可作为微血管病变的检测指标,同时亦可作为糖尿病肾病的早期诊断指标.

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the changes of solvable level of solvable vascular cell adhesion molecule-1(sVCAM-1) in type 2 diabetes mellitus with microangiopathy.Methods: The level of sVCAM-1 was measured with ELISA in 82 cases of diabetes mellitus and 30 cases of heathy subjects.Results: The level of sVCAM-1 in type 2 diabetes mellitus was much higher than those in healthy subjects(P<0.01).The level of sVCAM-1 in type 2 diabetes mellitus with microangiopathy was much higher than that in type 2 diabetes mellitus without microangiopathy(P<0.01).The level of sVCAM-1 in type 2 diabetes mellitus with 20200 was much higher than the others.Conclusion: Serun sVCAM-1 was the useful marker in refelecting disease evolution,it was also an early marker in diagnosing diabetic nephropathy. |
