水平斜视的美容矫正

目的：观察直肌超长量后退及直肌3根缝线固定矫正水平斜视的美容效果。方法：对68例以美容为首要目的的水平共动性斜视患者采用直肌超长量后退，拮抗肌折叠或适量切除，每条直肌各做3根套环缝线、先固定中间缝线的方法矫正。结果：68例中获得随访者46例，随访时间3个月－12个月，术后眼位近期（1周）正位率82．6％，远期（≥6周）正位率80．4％，无继发垂直性斜视发生。结论：直肌超长量后退及每条直肌3根缝线、先固定中间缝线的方法是矫正水平共动性斜视，特别是大角度斜视的安全、有效的方法。

COSMESIS OTHOSIS FOR HORIZONTAL STRABISMUS

Objective:Observe the effect of cosmesis othosis by means of muscular rectus extra l ong retropulsion and the fixation wi th three threads of sutures to correct horizontal strabismus.Methods:Othosis was performed on 68horizont al co -kinetic strabismus cases whose major purpose was to achieve co smesis.Muscular rectus extra long r etroplusion,antagonistic muscle f olding or proper excision,3-ringer suturing of each horizonta l strabismus with the middle stitch f ixed first were adopted in the course of othosis.Result:46cases were performed of follow -up survey b eing 3to 12months.The orthophoric r ate after the operations in a short te rm(1week)reached82.6%and the long term(6weeks)80.4%.No secondary vertical strabi smus occurred.Conclusion:Muscular rectus extra long retropulsion and three threads of stitches for each muscular rectus with the middle stitch.Fixed first is a sa fe and effective method in correcting horizontal co -kinetic s trabixmus,especially strabismus o f greater angles.
