扩散加权成像和表观扩散系数值鉴别高级星形细胞瘤与包膜期脑脓肿的价值

摘    要:目的探讨扩散加权成像和表观扩散系数值鉴别诊断高级星形细胞瘤与包膜期脑脓肿的价值。方法收集经证实的12例高级星形细胞瘤和10例包膜期脑脓肿,术前均行常规磁共振及扩散加权成像检查,测量其囊变区平均表观扩散系数值。结果12例高级星形细胞瘤囊变区扩散加权成像呈低信号,10例包膜期脑脓肿囊变区呈高信号;高级星形细胞瘤囊变区平均表观扩散系数值(2.32±0.26)×10-3mm2.s-1高于包膜期脑脓肿囊变区平均表观扩散系数值(0.61±0.20)×10-3mm2.s-1(P<0.01)。结论扩散加权成像和表观扩散系数值可作为鉴别高级星形细胞瘤和包膜期脑脓肿的重要检查技术。

Values of diffuse weighing imaging and apparent diffusion coefficient to differentiate between high-grade astrocytoma and brain abscess in capsule-period

Abstract:Objective To investigate the values of diffuse weighing imaging(DWI) and apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC) to differentiate between high-grade astrocytoma(HGA) and brain abscess in capsule-period(BACP).Methods Twelve cases with HGA and ten cases with BACP which had been confirmed,were collected to receive MRI scanning and DWI.The mean ADC values of HGA and BACP was measured preoperative.Results Twelve cases with HGA showed low signal intensity;Ten cases with BACP displayed high signal intensity on DWI.The mean ADC values of HGA and BACP was(2.32±0.26)×10^-3 mm^2·s^-1 and(0.61±0.20)×10^-3 mm^2·s^-1 respectively,there was statistical significance between them(P〈0.01).Conclusion DWI and ADC values are important technique in differentiating HGA and BACP.
