摘    要:目的根据CT异常表现探讨汶川大地震所致人体损伤情况及多排螺旋CT的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析汶川大地震后最初几天320名伤员的多排CT表现,并按损伤部位分别统计。结果271例有明显的损伤表现,包括354个部位,分别是颅脑损伤143例,脊柱骨折97例,骨盆骨折40例,胸部损伤40例,腹部损伤20例,肢体骨折14例,其中76例有多部位损伤。结论地震损伤涉及全身多部位、多个器官;多排螺旋CT检查速度快,对损伤的综合诊断价值高,有助于地震伤员的筛查和分类治疗。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the injuries arising from the earthquake of Wenchuan according to CT findings and the diagnostic valve of multi-detector CT (MDCT). Methods MDCT findings of 320 victims from the first few days of the earthquake were retrospectively analyzed, to add up the region of injury. Results CT abnormalities were found in 271 victims (354 region injury), including craniocerebral injuries (143), spine fractures (97), pelvic fractures (40), thoracic injuries (40), abdominal injuries (20), extremity injuries (14), and multiple region injuries (76). Conclusion Injuries associated with earthquake can involve most parts of the body; the examination of MDCT is quick and combination diagnostic value is high; MDCT is very useful as the screening technique for injuries caused by earthquake.
